I provide a safe, non-judgemental space and encourage you to explore your mental and emotional experiences in order to find and define your unique path to recovery and back to yourself. I will help you to identify your natural abilities and strengths by utilizing a non-pathologizing, reflective approach that incorporates a range of therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR and approach therapy from a trauma informed perspective.

The therapeutic process

is one that can be rewarding in so many ways. There are many things that cloud our perception of who we are, including anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, mood disruptions, relationship challenges, losses, and/or challenges with alcohol, drug use, or other addiction. The experiences of adverse or traumatic events or the impact of any mental health challenge, whether it be your own struggle or that of a loved one, can cause any person to feel lost and alone. There are times in life when we might feel disconnected from who we are as a result of these challenges.
